Jeffrey C. Karver

Born in West Reading, Pennsylvania, February 23, 1950, Jeff was raised in Boyertown. He has an undergraduate degree from Susquehanna University, a graduate degree from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill, and received his J.D. degree cum laude from Campbell University in 1980. He was admitted to the Pennsylvania Bar in December, 1980. Jeff was a former teacher and coach in Warminster, Bucks County, and served as a member of the Boyertown Area School Board for eight years, serving two terms as President. He previously served as a member of Church Council of St. John’s Evangelical Lutheran Church in Boyertown, and presently is a volunteer for Building a Better Boyertown, a “Main Street” project committee designed to help revitalize the Borough. Jeff has served as solicitor for Colebrookdale Township and the Borough of Bally since 1987 and as solicitor for the Berks-Montgomery Sewer Authority since 2003.  He maintains a general practice of law with concentrations in municipal law and zoning, real estate and business law, wills and estate administration.
